Our referral role and how payment works

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure explains how Blocksconventional Septic connects homeowners with independent septic and sewer service providers and how referral payments work.

What Blocksconventional Septic Does

Blocksconventional Septic is a referral service. We connect homeowners with providers in our network. We do not perform septic pumping, septic system repairs, sewer line work or other services at your property.

When you submit a request or use the phone option on this website, you may reach an independent local provider or a marketing business that helps route requests to providers.

Payment for Calls or Referrals

Blocksconventional Septic may be paid for calls or referrals. Providers or marketing businesses may pay us when we send them a call, a submitted form or another service request. We may receive payment even if you do not hire a provider.

Payment arrangements may affect which provider receives your request. A referral does not represent a comparison of every provider available in your area.

The provider sets the price for any work you agree to. Ask the provider for a written quote that explains charges and payment terms before you approve the work.

Who Is Responsible for the Work

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees of Blocksconventional Septic. The provider is responsible for its quotes, scheduling, work and communication with you. The provider also handles any permits and other requirements that apply to the job.

A referral is not an endorsement of a provider's work. You should check the provider's qualifications and insurance before hiring. Ask who will perform the work and how the provider handles concerns after the job.

Your Choice to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a provider through Blocksconventional Septic. You can compare written quotes from other businesses before deciding. Review the proposed scope of work and ask about any charges that could change once the provider inspects the problem.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls through this website may be tracked or recorded for quality checks, referral verification and billing. Ask about recording before sharing information you do not want recorded.
