Steps for reporting a complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Blocksconventional Septic aims to treat homeowners fairly and honestly. Let us know when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, without legal advice.

What You Can Report

Contact us about concerns involving:

  • Your experience reaching Blocksconventional Septic by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website details that seem incorrect or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider referred through our service

Start With the Provider for Work Issues

Providers in our network run separate businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with septic, sewer or plumbing work, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us about the problem. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may lead to a provider's removal. Blocksconventional Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for a provider.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@blocksconventional.living. Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which number you dialed or form you submitted, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you would like us to take

Our Review Process

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider during that review. Afterward, we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Review

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.

For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also offer help.
