How Our Network Works
Request a connection for your property
Your request starts with the symptoms
Tell Blocksconventional Septic where the property is and what has happened. Useful details include which fixtures are affected, whether the problem has happened before and when the tank was last pumped. If you do not know, say so.
Our role is to connect your request with an independent local provider. The provider handles questions about its services, availability and proposed work. Confirm the business name before discussing an appointment so you know who would be responsible for the visit.
Request a callback to check provider availability for your address.
Use the first conversation to check the fit
Explain the current problem before describing the repair you think it needs. A recurring backup may need further assessment even if pumping helped previously. The provider can explain what it needs to check before recommending work.
Ask whether the provider handles your type of system and serves your address. Mention deep frost, saturated soil or difficult tank access if relevant. For an active backup, ask what precautions to take while waiting for an appointment. Availability and scheduling are determined by the provider.
Ask questions that define the job
Keep a short list beside you during the conversation:
- What will the initial visit include, and what does it cost?
- Does the quote include locating and opening the tank?
- What findings would support a repair recommendation?
- Who handles permits if the work requires them?
- How are changes to the quoted scope approved?
- What service records will I receive?
Ask about any license or insurance requirements that apply to the work and request supporting details directly. If the property also needs water well service, ask whether that requires a separate specialist. Septic service does not establish that a well or its water is safe.
Decide after you understand the proposal
You choose whether to book and which work to authorize. Read the scope before signing. Ask for plain explanations of unfamiliar terms, especially if the proposal includes excavation or drainfield repair.
Discuss how disturbed ground will be left and whether surface restoration is included. Those details affect the property after the repair. If the scope changes during a visit, request the updated work and price in writing before approving it. Keep a copy of each document.
Prepare your request
A short description is enough to begin. Include your location, the symptoms and any known system details. Providers in our network assess their own availability and decide which jobs they can accept.
Use the request form to seek a connection. Discuss appointment details and estimates with the provider, then save the agreed scope with your home records.
Tell us what happened
Describe your septic or sewer concern and share your location. Blocksconventional Septic can help you check options with independent local providers.
