Accessing and using our website
Last updated: October 2026
Blocksconventional Septic wants blocksconventional.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes our approach to accessibility. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Work Toward
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used website accessibility standard.
How We Support Access
Our accessibility aims include:
- Clear headings with pages arranged in a logical order
- Text alternatives for images that convey meaning
- Readable text and good color contrast
- Features that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Pages suited to phones, tablets and computers
- Plain wording that is easy to understand
- Clear labels on form fields
Areas That May Need Work
Some website features may not fully meet these standards yet. We may have limited control over third-party content, including embedded tools. We check the website periodically and address problems as we identify them.
Another Way to Get Help
If you have difficulty using part of the website, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or write to contact@blocksconventional.living so we can do our part to assist you.
Reporting an Access Problem
We welcome comments about website accessibility. Send a message to contact@blocksconventional.living with:
- The page or feature involved
- What occurred and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if known
We will review your message. Our aim is to respond within a few business days.
Accessibility During Updates
Work on accessibility continues as the site changes. We will keep accessibility in mind during updates and continue making improvements.
